I'm revisiting memories. Reaching deep into the closets for items forgotten but once cherished or at least well used. Throwing out the ones with moth holes or missing the other part of the pair. Filling up bags with sweaters that others may find new and interesting. Each piece connects me to a friend, a holiday, a particular gathering. I recall my excitement of the purchase. I hold a dress at arms length and say I no longer wear this type of thing. I organize a new wallet and take the tags off a down coat. We experiment with leather leashes for the boys and fall in love with how light they feel in our hands.
